The Copper Blues beverage program emphasizes fresh, local and craft. Our goal is to take current trends and execute them in a high paced fun environment. While others have adopted the practices of using fresh squeezed citrus in drinks like the Moscow Mule, we took the concept a step further by making the Ginger Beer in house, carbonating it, then putting the cocktail on one of our signature tap handles.

Our beer selections were carefully curated to emphasize our partnerships with local breweries. We take pride in providing experiences to our guests through tastings and beer dinners that showcase our use of local craft brews in our menu options.
